Awarded players
Goalkeepers Panagiotis Panagiotou (ENP), Jacob Karlstrøm (Anorthosis), Kleton Perntreou (Akritas), Lucas Flores (Ethnikos) and footballers Riad Bajic (AEK), Charalambos Charalambous (Aris) received the Stoiximan Top Save of the Game Week and Stoiximan Top Goal of the Game Week awards, giving statements on the PASP’s website.
Awards announcements
The MVPs by Unicars & Volkswagen of four Game Weeks were announced: Stevan Jovetic, Giannis Masouras, Willy Semedo from Omonoia and Bruno Felipe from Paphos.
Equal Rights meeting with the Ombudsman
The executive president of the PASP, Spyros Neophytides, accompanied by one of the Association’s lawyers, Loizos Hadjidimitriou, met with the Commissioner for Administration and Protection of Human Rights, Maria Stylianou-Lottidis, with the exclusive subject of the implementation of the legislation regarding equal benefits between men and women in team sports.
Free First Aid Seminars for players
The PASP, with the valuable support of Stoiximan, announced the program of free First Aid training seminars for football players for the year 2026, with the aim of having footballers with knowledge in dealing with emergencies, primarily in training, especially in the lower divisions.
PASP Scholarships presentation
The head of the PASP’s office and head of educational programs, Celia Vasou, and the Association’s officer, Avramis Arnaoutis, visited the Sports Department of PASCAL Private School in Larnaca. A presentation was made to the students about the educational programs and scholarships that PASP offers to its members.
Charity Auctions for Blue Heart
On the initiative of George Merkis (PASP Board President & Ambassador of Charity Idols Cyprus), six charity auctions on the online platform charityidols.com supported the Blue Heart Foundation.
Board Game events
PASP supported the introduction events, which held by the first board game with Cypriot football theme “Maxi sto Gipedo”, in Nicosia and Larnaca with the presence of football players.
