The PASP provides free legal advice. Through our knowledge of the Cypriot clubs’ practices, we can give you an evaluation of how you will fit into the club and advise you on salary, allowances, benefits and the most important, the best possible legal protection.
Getting the right contract is a matter of reading between the lines and knowing the right people. Through our experience, the PASP has established a wide network of people in key positions who can provide the help you need to achieve both, personal and financial success.
The PASP also provides the best possible legal representation in cases of employment disputes. Our legal counsels having long experience on dealing with such matters are available to all the PASP members with pre fixed fees. Should a player wish legal assistance in filing a complaint before the CFA Licencing Administration, the fees for the PASP external legal counsel is 6% of the amount decided in favour of the player, plus VAT. Should a player wish to file a complaint before the CFA NDRC, its Appeal Body, FIFA or the CAS, the fees are 10% plus VAT plus the out of pocket expenses as these are from time to time fixed by the CFA and the CAS.
