International Cypriot goalkeeper and “Charity Idols” Cyprus ambassador, Neofytos Michael, had a wonderful surprise in store.
Arriving in Cyprus for his National Team duties in the Nations League, the experienced goalkeeper brought a signed jersey from his club, Universitatea Cluj. The jersey will be featured in an online auction through the charityidols.com platform, actively supporting the important work of the charity organization.
The jersey was handed over during a meeting with the Cypriot Footballers Association (PASP). This gesture also served as an inspiration for other present National Team players who compete abroad to follow suit and take similar actions in the future.
